This Service Delivery Policy outlines how tour packages, transport, stays, and related adventure services booked with Desi Discoveries are delivered and fulfilled to our customers.

1 Digital Delivery of Booking Confirmation

Instant Acknowledgment: As soon as you make the initial advance payment, a payment receipt or digital acknowledgment will be shared with you via WhatsApp/Email within 2 hours.

Final Booking Voucher: The official Booking Confirmation Voucher (containing trip details, hotel/camp details, and payment summary) will be emailed or sent via WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the confirmed booking amount.

2 Dispatch of Trip Details & Coordinator Info

Trip Captain & Group Details: To ensure a smooth experience, a dedicated WhatsApp group for the specific travel batch is created 2 to 3 days prior to the departure date.

Driver & Vehicle Details: Precise details of the vehicle number, driver contact, and exact pickup location/time will be shared with all confirmed travelers 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

3 Mode of Service Delivery (On-Ground Execution)

All travel services (transportation, campsite check-ins, trekking guides, and meals) are delivered physically on the spot as per the itinerary provided at the time of booking.

Punctuality: The physical delivery of the service begins exactly at the assembly point on the departure date. Travelers are expected to reach the pickup location at least 30 minutes before the departure time. Desi Discoveries is not responsible for delivering services if a traveler misses the designated transport.

4 Inclusions vs. Exclusions Delivery

Only those services explicitly mentioned under the "Inclusions" section of your specific tour package brochure/itinerary will be delivered by our team.

Any extra service (additional meals, personal adventure sports like paragliding/rafting, room upgrades, or route extensions) requested on-spot will be treated as outside the standard delivery scope and will be chargeable extra.

5 Service Delays & Non-Delivery Due to External Factors

Since our tours involve remote high-altitude locations and tough terrains, service delivery schedules (like reaching a hotel on time or completing a specific trek) are subject to road, weather, and traffic conditions.

In case of sudden road closures, landslides, or natural calamities, Desi Discoveries will modify the delivery of services on the spot to prioritize safety. No compensation or refund will be provided for partial non-delivery of sightseeing due to factors beyond our control.

6 Support & Grievance Redressal

During the trip, the Trip Captain is the primary point of contact for any delivery gaps (e.g., issues with rooms, transport, or food).

If any service promised in your voucher is not delivered satisfactorily on the ground, you can raise a complaint directly to our operations team or call us within 48 hours of trip completion.
